TJ and I love Coldstone's cheesecake ice cream but you can't find it anywhere in stores. Edys, breyers, and hagan daz don't have a plain cheesecake flavor. I think breyers has s strawberry cheesecake which we tried but it wasn't very good. So I planned ahead and this afternoon made CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM!!! It only required a few ingediants (heavy cream, sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and vanillia) and my wonderful ice cream maker!
After it set up I put it in the freezer and let TJ lick the frozen bowl. He made sure to eat every speck of ice cream.
